Return Policy
We want you to love the hair you wear so if you would like to return a piece you have purchased you will have 2 days from the day you received the wig to ship it back and provide tracking information via email (pristinewigs@gmail.com). Shipping fees are paid by the client. If the wig has been altered, returns will not be accepted. For example, if the hair has been cut/colored or the lace has been cut the wig will be shipped back without a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. If you have requested a service when purchasing your wig such as cutting the lace or a specific haircut before receiving your wig, your piece will then be a final sale.
